Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” if sending back to avoid additional customs charges.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dentistry Equipment
  • Veterinary Tables
  • Grooming Tables
  • Any item that has been used or installed

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once your RMA is approved:

  • Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • For exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days
  • For refunds: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
