KBC Kennels Breakdown Kennel – Heavy Duty Portable Dog Crate

Made of the same durable HDPE material as KBC’s Standard Kennel, the KBC Breakdown Kennel has many of the same features but breaks down easily into separate parts for easy transportation. (See video)

Besides its easy portability, this kennel is also designed to be stackable. This makes it easy to set up kennel banks that can be disassembled quickly and transported for any purpose.

The KBC Breakdown comes with a convenient carrying case and can be assembled in under a minute. It includes six panels that have color-coded dots for easy assembly.

Details:

KBC Kennels are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE). They are precision-cut with a CNC machine and hand-assembled with stainless steel fasteners. They are then thermal-welded to create one of the strongest kennel in the market.

The kennels use “finger joint” construction with thermal welding, and metal corner bracing for extra durability.

The top, bottom, sides and back are made from ¼” high density polyethylene (HDPE). The front door and frame are constructed with 3/8” high density polyethylene (HDPE). Door hinge design uses a 1/8” type 316 – stainless steel continuous hinge pin and wear resistant nylon bushings.

KBC’s unique spring bolt door latch is designed and manufactured by KBC. They are made from extruded and machined aluminum. These are extremely tough and durable, capable of enduring over 1,000 lbs of force, yet can be disassembled for cleaning or repairs.

The outside radius corner brackets are made from 20-gauge steel with a black non-corrosive finish. All corners and angle braces are secured with low profile stainless steel screws and inserts. All edges are rounded for safety.

Each kennel has stacking alignment holes and can be stacked in different configurations to create a kennel bank.

To keep your kennel ventilated, each kennel has 3/4” x 3” ventilation holes on all four sides.
